Market prospects slightly declined while top cryptos had a mixed Wednesday.
The total crypto market cap marginally declined and stood at $991 billion. Bitcoin continued to struggle at the $20k mark, with an intra-day low of $19,800. Ethereum registered slight gains after the successful completion of the PoS transition of its network. At the time of writing, Ethereum was trading at $1,610, up by a minor 0.4% since yesterday.
Wednesday remained a mixed day for the altcoins. Most of the altcoins either remained in the red or witnessed slight gains. Solana and Polygon remained the only altcoins with over 2% gains each.
