The total crypto market cap rises as most of the top cryptos register daily gains.
September began on a good note for Bitcoin (BTC), which saw over 14% losses in August. After dipping to an intra-day low of $19,600, BTC is once again over the $20k mark, trading at a minor gain of 1%. Ethereum (ETH) gained 3.3% and was trading close to $1,600. While most of the cryptocurrencies remained in the green, Polygon (MATIC) emerged as the top gainer, with 6.6% gains in the last 24 hours.
The total crypto market cap also rose by 1.6% and stood at $986.5 billion. The crypto market continues to align its prospects with traditional stocks, which have also started gathering momentum since yesterday.
